Our Founder
Patrick Ghobry, CEO and President of KOTI Construction has well over 10 years of experience in the industry working for other companies as a Project Manager and has worked on projects for clients such as; Irvine Company, Bixby Properties, Gensler Architecture, Lennar Homes, Nickelodeon, Transwestern, Sunrun, CityCom, and more.
Our history
Founded in 2015 as TruWorks Construction as a consulting and management firm, in 2017, the company obtained its General B license and operated as a Corporation with the intent in delivering quality and cost wise solutions to all construction needs.
